Website use and the waitlist
Browsing this site, contacting Incline, or joining the waitlist does not create a clinician-patient relationship or provide a medical evaluation. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee enrollment, eligibility, a prescription, insurance coverage, or any particular result. Patient enrollment and clinical care require a separate process with the clinical practice.
Clinical decisions and separate costs
Any prescription or treatment depends on an appropriate clinical evaluation and the treating clinician’s judgment. Results vary. Medication availability, manufacturer programs, and insurance decisions may change. Incline+ Oral has a $79 monthly clinical care membership; prescription medication costs are separate. Incline+ Injectable combines medication and clinical management in an all-inclusive package without an additional monthly membership fee; package prices and enrollment availability are not yet confirmed. FDA-approved branded injectables may be discussed upon request; applicable costs will be explained before treatment. Any required lab costs remain separate.
Who provides care
Incline Metabolic Health is the public brand. Clinical services are provided by Incline Metabolic Partners, a physician-owned clinical practice. Incline Health Management LLC owns and manages the brand, intellectual property, and administrative infrastructure; it does not provide medical care or make clinical decisions.
