Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Incline+ Injectable and Incline+ Oral?
Incline+ Injectable offers clinician-guided injectable treatment with all-inclusive package pricing. Incline+ Oral provides ongoing clinical care for $79/month, with prescription medication costs paid separately.
Can I switch between oral and injectable treatment?
Yes, when medically appropriate. Your needs and preferences may change over time. Your Incline clinician can assess whether a transition is appropriate and discuss options based on your goals, preferences, and treatment availability.
Does the $79 oral membership include medication?
No. The $79 monthly membership covers the applicable clinical care services. Prescription medication costs are separate and are generally paid directly to your pharmacy.
Do I pay a monthly membership fee for injectable treatment?
No. Incline+ Injectable uses all-inclusive package pricing, with no additional monthly membership fee. FDA-approved branded injectables are a separate option upon request; discuss their costs with your clinician.
Are branded injectable medications available?
FDA-approved branded injectable medications may be available upon request, depending on clinical appropriateness and availability. Discuss your options with your Incline clinician.
What patients usually want to know.
What medications may be prescribed?
Treatment may include an FDA-approved brand-name GLP-1 medication, an oral medication option, or another evidence-based treatment when clinically appropriate. Your clinician determines whether medication is appropriate and which option fits your health history and goals.
What happens if I develop side effects?
Nausea, constipation, diarrhea, appetite changes, and other medication-related effects can occur depending on the treatment. Contact Incline when symptoms occur rather than simply waiting for a future visit. Management may include practical guidance, delaying a dose increase, reducing a dose, changing treatment, or another clinically appropriate step. Severe pain, persistent vomiting, trouble breathing, fainting, or another urgent concern should be evaluated promptly through emergency or urgent care.
Can Incline help with insurance or prior authorization?
Coverage checks are available by request. If prior authorization is required and you want Incline to complete it, a $49 administrative fee applies. The fee covers preparing and submitting the prior authorization and does not guarantee insurer approval. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs depend on the individual plan and current program rules.
Do I need an in-person appointment?
Most care happens through secure check-ins and messaging. Video visits are available when they would be helpful or clinically appropriate. Incline does not provide emergency or urgent-care services.
Will I need laboratory testing?
Laboratory testing depends on your health history, current medications, and treatment plan. If testing is needed, lab costs are separate and may be billed by your insurance or laboratory provider.
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancellation and payment terms for your selected Incline+ Care Plan will be provided before enrollment. Review those terms before starting care; injectable package pricing and availability are not yet confirmed.
